Hello Reader, how are you? sorry its been a while since I was in contact.
I have some news for the autumn period, with some cool projects that I'm really excited about.
October is world mental health month and this year we have added to our Global Conversations podcast to include livestreaming events on our social media channels every Friday at 1:30pm. The UK Mental Health Foundation has released a selection of really useful books about various aspects of looking after your mental health and wellbeing. They can be downloaded for free or ordered for printed copy - click here to see the selection
Below are some happenings that we wanted to keep you updated on. Do get in touch if any of these are of interest, it will be great to hear from you.
